Central Board of Secondary Education had conducted National Eligibility Test [NET] on 22nd January 2017 on behalf of UGC. It is the entrances test for Junior Research Fellowship & Assistant Professor.  The Net exam was held around 90 cities and syllabus of  85 subjects. The CBSC  had released  NET answers sheets on 2nd May 2017. We hope aspirants have checked the answers. The results will be released on 10th May 2017. The apsirants can check the UGC CBSE NET Result 2017 from the website using the admit card/hall ticket number. After getting the result the contenders who feel that they secured fewer marks can apply for the CBSE NET Recorrection of paper. They can send a request to the prescribed website of Executive Officer with DD of Rs 5000/-.   • Submit the form.

The Gen OBC SC ST cutoff of CBSE NET  Exam 2017:

A CBSE NET Cutoff is done based on their category. The OBC/PWD/SC/ST  contenders should score maximum 35% marks in the exam and general candidates should score 40% marks in exams. Then only the contenders are eligible for the post of Assistant Professor/JRF. The cutoff will be updated soon on the official website. The candidates can visit previous year cut off and get an idea. Along with the result, the officials will upload the category wise cut off on the official website.

CBSE NET Merit List 2017

The merit list of the NET exam will available on the official website after the result is released. The merit list is prepared on basis of the category cutoff and marks scored by contenders in the exam. The top 15% contenders of each category from merit list will be announced directly as eligibility for JRF/Assistant Professor.
